I’ve gotta say, while instant coffee mixed with creme de cacao and condensed milk probably isn’t the healthiest option for staying sane enough to do something I really can’t be bothered to but still have to do, it’s definitely one of the more delicious options.
Got myself a camera yesterday off a friend of mine~ I’ve named him Ritsuka. The first camera that’s actually my own and not borrowed off my family 8D Gonna get me an SD card and maybe a nicer wriststrap tomorrow.
I want to play around with this already, but no SD card = no camera fun times D:
Good timing, too - I was gonna start looking for a camera for my trip to Japan and Korea. Coldplay’s around the corner, as well - a perfect opportunity to test my baby out :D
Become best friends with people who live on the other side of the world
“That’s enough chapters for tonight,” I think to myself at 5:40am as I finish the first major arc in Magi: Labyrinth of Magic after 5 hours of solid reading from the first chapter, sobbing from all the feels.
I do not understand. I went to sleep at around 11pm, so I thought I’d have a chance of actually kicking my sleeping pattern back in order, but my brain went all, “NOPE, DENIIIIIEEEED” on me and now I’m wide awake with no idea how to clock my brain into sleep mode.
Since I couldn’t make it to KPopSoc’s AGM, I made a campaign video instead XD
Ahhhh, how things have changed since starting uni nearly three years ago.
Up until the start of uni, I had absolutely no interest in leadership roles. After joining AnimeUNSW in first year, for the first time, I actually wanted to do all I could to help run the club. And now, Sophia’s passed the KPopSoc presidency down to me. I’m both excited and terrified of what’s to come next year.
Gonna really need to learn to organise myself if I’m to be able to lead this club consisting of 200+ paying members, and nearly 600 members on the Facebook group. Gonna need to learn to kick the rest of the new exec team into gear as well. They’re all young and have much to learn, so I’ve got a lot of work to do XD Got some big shoes to fill.
Good thing I’m quitting my job when I head over to Japan and Korea early next year. Leaves me time to work on uni, the clubs, as well as my business. The more I chill with the awesome friends I’ve made in my business, the more torturously dull work seems to become.
RESET program スタート! I need to lose weight for Japan/Korea so I can actually fit in the clothes I want to buy over there (since all their stuff is tiny), and my parents want me to lose weight so desperately that they’re willing to pay for all my expenses when I head overseas in January if I lose 5-10 kilos. And since I’m already part of this business and they have weight loss products, I may as well try their program to help me along the way XD
Wasn’t expecting my package to be this huge though, the box is nearly knee-high O_____O
